How to use Image Resizer

  1. Choose a static JPG, PNG or WebP image.
  2. Enter a width and height, or use a 1000 × 1000 or 2048 × 2048 preset. Choose Fit for padding or Fill for cropping, then select the background and output format.
  3. Resize, inspect the edges and composition, check the target dimensions and download.

Choose the right settings

  • Fit and Fill preserve the original proportions. Fit retains the whole image; Fill removes excess edges. Watch for cropped text or products when using Fill.
  • Larger dimensions cannot restore missing detail. Presets are shortcuts, not a guarantee of Amazon or Shopify compliance; check the current rules for your listing.

Which store presets are included?

1000 × 1000 and 2048 × 2048 are included as convenient starting points. Check the current requirements for your specific marketplace and image type.

Can resizing improve a low-resolution photo?
